Party's Over... Hello Gym

In a chain of events, this month of April has been crazy jam packed with one thing after another. Starting with the opening weekend of the Baltimore Orioles and our friend's big birthday out in Baltimore, to Zac Brown Band concert and I-Ball at the Naval Academy, and finally the annual Croquet Match in Annapolis.  



Bars on bars on bars on alcohol on alcohol on alcohol. 







Safe to say my body hates me right now and wants to get back on the grind feeling healthy and cleansed.






So now that there isn't any more big drinking events coming up 
(just a half marathon in two weeks ahhh)
that is exactly what I plan to do. 


Back to eating healthy (fruits, veggies, lean meats and proteins), working out like a mad woman, and drinking water till my eyeballs explode. Getting back on track is difficult yes, but it's all mental. Once you get a little crazy and really commit, it is amazing what you can accomplish and how your body will change.
